Tig Kitchen and Bar offers a lively dining experience with a variety of dishes that hit the mark in flavor and ambiance. I got Fried Half Chicken, both Plain and Sweet and Spicy to make a whole chicken. The Plain version had a nicely crusted exterior with juicy meat inside. The Sweet and Spicy option had a gochujang sauce that was slightly sweeter than I prefer, but still enjoyable with its saucy and yummy flavor, and it's not too spicy in my opinion. I also got the Cream Onion Chicken, which had a unique creamy sauce piled on top--something I hadn't seen before. It had a good onion flavor and was topped with onions, providing a nice savory touch. Speaking of which, the Rose Tteok-bokki was great, with its creamy texture, slight spice, and combination of fish and rice cakes. This dish was so amazing that I couldn't resist dipping the chicken in its sauce--absolutely delicious! While I wished they offered a half-and-half option for the chicken dishes, the service was friendly despite the wait for food. The restaurant gets loud at night but has a fun vibe, making it a great spot for casual dining and drinks with friends. Tig Kitchen and Bar is definitely worth a visit for its flavorful dishes and vibrant atmosphere.

The buttered octopus was yummy with the house sauce. The chicken gizzard was a bit over fried and too chewy. The server/bartender was friendly. The music was good but not too loud. I enjoyed their soju cocktails that's shareable. Overall a good time.

My friends and I are huge fans of Tig! This is a go-to spot for us when we're looking for both good food and a fun night out. Starting with the food, very enjoyable. A lot of modern Korean comfort foods like Korean fried chicken and tteokbokki. There isn't a huge amount of options but the ones they do have are pretty good. They're more meant for sharing/family style as less for individuals I think. Onto the drinks, this is their speciality! They have a TON of Korean drink options and I was loving it. Soju cocktails, somac towers, and an awesome variety of mixed drinks and shots. We ordered so many different types of drinks (honestly it was ridiculous), but we enjoyed each and every drink we ordered. No misses here! We were here long enough last night that we experienced both ambiances of Tig. During dinner time it's a pretty chill vibe enjoying good Korean food and listening to kpop while you can still hear your friends. Once it hits 9-10, it gets pretty rowdy though as the young college crowd comes through. Overall, a great spot for all the vibes you'd want during a fun night out.

Casual, chill vibes. Friendly staff and service. Downside is that it's further up on the ave. Solid food but even better when drinking. So Maek Tower - I'm not a big beer guy but I'll drink it. Overwhelming beer taste but it's definitely strong. Probably served around 6-8 cups. Sweet and Spicy Chicken - we were starving and demolished this so I snagged a pic halfway through. These were some pretty fat pieces of chicken so lots of meat to work with. Juicy and tender as well. Honestly, they might be contenders for top wings on the ave though it's hard to say. Pork Kimchi Tofu - a little bit of everything, there's a blend of textures and flavors to hit every taste bud. Spicy or mild, soft or chewy, you'll feel a bit healthy ordering this. Probably tasted even better being buzzed but it's also good food in the system to handle alcohol better.

Once in a blue moon. My friends and I will randomly come here to satisfy our food craving. It was freaking packed in here when we went and busy as hell but manage to snag a table for 5 by annoying the staff. There were so many tables and so few staff. Foods okay as it is still a bar. I really enjoyed the creamy seafood udon, had a good garlic flavor. Corn cheese is a must and my friends were surprised by how small it was, they said it use to be bigger in portion but I didn't mind. Just had to order two. They also ordered two kinds of wings. I only ate the black pepper and garlic and that was pretty good. Didn't try the cream onion cus the sauce was a bit sweet for my liking. The staff helping us was nice, we also understand it was really loud and busy so couldn't really say anything negative in terms of his service. He did what he could. Probably won't come here on a weekend again haha.
